Absolutely outstanding! For the first time, Frankies. I also tried another local waffle place, but the quality at Frankies was incredible! It was the best waffle I’ve ever had, and it came with a generous amount of toppings! I will definitely be ordering from here regularly now. The waffle was still warm and delicious! The delivery service was fantastic as well; since there is no direct car access to my location, the delivery person met me without any complaints. Amazing food and excellent service!

I've visited this restaurant a few times since it opened. Although the wait times can be quite frustrating, the waffles and milkshakes we’ve had there are some of the best I've ever tasted. If the wait is an issue for anyone, I recommend calling ahead to place an order before heading over.

I've ordered from here several times, and it's always delicious and worth the money. The ice cream sundae was enormous—I couldn't finish it! The delivery is also really fast.
