Riverfront Farmers Market

This is a real Farmers' Market, with lots of variety, friendly vendors, and a fun, walkable downtown location. Seasonal produce, baked goods, honey, eggs, meat, jams, plus an assortment of local artisan-made products and crafts. A fun outing if you are visiting for a weekend and even better as a weekly Saturday morning excursion if you live here.

Fantastic market! Boasting around 40 vendors across two blocks, it offers an incredible range of products. You can find fresh produce, tropical plants, honey, mushrooms, microgreens, goat's milk products, coffee, infused vinegars, baked goods, and much more!

I picked out some lovely tomatoes, yellow zucchini, and yellow squash, along with fresh blueberries that are currently in season in North Carolina. I also chose my favorite squash, the Patty Pan! I told the dad that this squash is what initially drew me to his stand. They are such a wonderful family, and they are exactly the kind of people I love to support!
