Greazy Pickle - Portland

Our first time stopping for quite some time. We enjoyed the food and service was great. I had the breaded tenderloin and mushrooms

Went on a Friday night. Very hard to get served. Came from a jobsite. One drunk guy was very loud and annoying. Food took almost an hour to get. Party of 3, waitress was awesome with the sarcasm but messed up one order. He had to wait another 20 mins for his order on top of the hour.. didn't have a lot of choices for food in town. Tried this instead of fast-food. Looked like the place to be on a Friday night (younger crowd).

The staff at Greazy Pickle were kind and personable. I am rating 3 stars for a couple of reasons. First, it took us an hour to get our lunch on a Saturday, that consisted of 2 burgers. The burgers were overdone, (blackened), and didn’t come out with the toppings that we had ordered on them, but other than that tasted fine. I ordered “loaded fries,” and I’ll take the blame for not asking what was on them. They had cheese sauce, fake bacon bits, shredded cheese, tomatoes and white onions. Very interesting combo. They appeared to be fully staffed. I was shocked that nobody ever apologized for the long wait in getting our food. This was our first visit, so I’m sure we’ll give them another try. Sometimes places just have off days. I just wouldn’t recommend going there if you’re in any kind of hurry.

Good BPT and pickles! Great menu worthy of a return trip!

Grilled sloppy Joe toasted cheese…hit the spot. Service was excellent.
