Khao Moo Dang - Portland

I went here a while ago, but don’t want to forget to post a review. Food, place, everything was so authentically Thai. Absolutely perfect.

Incredible food! Way different than a typical Americanized Thai place. Their dishes have an excellent balance of flavors and textures. Definitely worth checking out.Vegetarian options: Clearly marked vegetarian section

Super busy little shop serving some seriously good rice plates and noodles. Their specialty is bbq pork and roasted pork. We ordered one of the dry noodle bowls and one soup noodle and neither disappointed. The staff are also super friendly. A definite must visit when in Portland!

In a city inundated with Thai restaurants, Khao Moo Dang manages to stand out with their authenticity, all the way down to the plastic stools in their outdoor seating (a staple of eating street food in SE Asia . You can't go wrong with anything on their menu, and portion sizes are generous with the protein. If you're thinking about it, just go here. Went to Thailand a couple of months ago and really missed Thai food. This spot helped my boyfriend and I satisfy our cravings!!Truly felt like we were brought back to Thailand!! Thank you for the yummy food! Will most definitely be back soon!
