The staff was super friendly and the place was bustling. We tried a custom 1/2 and 1/2 pizza, with one half being their delicious philly special. It was so tasty and filling that one pizza gave us two meals worth. We would definitely come back again. Yum!
The pizza is thick, almost like focaccia bread, creating a fluffy crust with crispy edges. The toppings are solid, especially the #4 with spicy peppers and creamy mozzarella. The homemade ranch is a great addition as a dip, even for those who don't typically eat ranch with pizza.
Crust is what makes a great pie. This is a superb crust. I usually favor thinner crusts, but Ranch's is the exception to the rule and more than worth checking out. Loved it and will return often.
If you love delicious pizza, this is the place for you. The #4 and Hawaiian pizzas are both fantastic. The #4 is incredibly creamy and decadent, a must-try if you haven't been here before. It's like a taste of heaven. I used to dip my pizza in ranch dressing, but the combination of flavors here is so comforting that I don't even need to anymore. I've been on a Hawaiian pizza spree and Ranch PDX's version is the best I've had. I like that I can customize the spiciness by removing the jalapeños, although I usually keep them for the extra kick. The service is always quick and friendly. Please never change, Ranch PDX.
Portland has a number of highly regarded pizza facilities, unfortunately most do not open until 4:30-5:00. After a day of trekking to waterfalls my compadres and I just couldn't wait so long and were in need! So we chose Ranch, or maybe Ranch chose us, not quite sure? But I think you could say that things were pretty serious between us at the end of the day. After we had penetrated the menu, we finally settled on #4. The first thing that turned out was the sausage. I will tell you so much that little pigs did not die in vain, but was used to create something so glorious that it still brings tears of joy?. Parents should be proud. The Chiles were a magnificent touch and delivered a beautiful spices that quadruple the need for chili flakes. I loved love coming to the middle of the pizza where this beautiful doll of Ricotta sat on my ever-going bites. Then boom? a double shot of cheese you saw coming all the time, but nothing can prepare for this first taste. Like your first time. That called a cigarette after that? The X factor was the homemade ranch and thus the name. I can't remember ever having something so remarkable that it immediately turns me into a connoisseur. I knew the ranch was great, but about half an hour later we had wings in another facility, where we were absolutely kicked off from the ranch. I wouldn't have served my dog if I actually had a dog. Our taste buds from this day to the front have been changed forever after being treated with the masterpiece that Ranch PDX is homemade dressing.
