Supernova Vegan - Portland

So, I just got takeout from Supernova for the first time. I am only writing this review (while eating said takeout) because I was already on Google, asking Google if Supernova Vegan was reeeally vegan. It is suspiciously good. Like, who do I have to sell my soul to in order to learn how to make this tempeh Mac? Is there a forest wizard I have to contact? I can't even talk about the hot coco cupcake because WHAT? There was a tiny straw in it. It was almost too cute to eat... almost. They also give you approximately 30lbs of mac in one order. You could feed a family of 4 with it. Will I do that? No. But I will magnanimously share leftovers with my tomorrow self.Eat here.

I had avocado toast and dried tomato bead. it was amazing! I and my husband always said that this must be one if we get portland next time. thanks for the wonderful meal.

What a great surprise. After I have dropped off the airport from Portland, I have tasted the next vegan restaurant. it is only 10 minutes away from pdx. the breakfast sandwich was amazing and the kartoffels were the perfect supplement. I had to take mac n cheese for the road, as I can never find good vegan options. yum yum yum. I will come back to portland next time. also the restaurant has a great mood and the owner was super friendly.

This place has now been on my duty list. the elotes burrito of supernowa vegan could be very good the best burrito I have eaten in portland, not to mention it is gigantic and could easily make 2 ordinary meals. I was taken out this time, but my experience with the personal was beautiful and the restaurant itself is beautiful. her menu is diverse and unique. they have seats in the open, which I am looking forward to using when it warms a bit. I will certainly visit supernowa vegan sometime soon.

My wife is a supernova freak! she is the cowboy for whom they eat! lol. Anyway, it is a great stop for some vegan “junk food”! simply order online and always has a quick turn around the time.
