Great food, fantastic beer selection, service exemplary. What else can they ask?
Good pub food. not sure I would call it British, but service was good and eat delicious. good for a casual meal. a bit expensive for what you get.
Seated at a high top table in the bar area as we had requested. Waitress very efficient and took our drinks order promptly. Gave us plenty of time to study the menu, both opting for Rueben sandwiches, one with turkey and the other pastrami. Nice to have the options of sides, one chose onion rings (yummy! and the other was the mixed vegetable of the day with a nice combination of broccoli, beans, and carrots. Bar area cleared out after the NE Patriots lost the football game to Pittsburgh. Fun bar with good food and right next door to our hotel, very convenient.
We were seated promptly and then they forgot about us. After 15 minutes, my husband went and got menus but it still took another 10 minutes for our first encounter with our server. She was super nice and did her best to provide for us and we have nothing negative to report about her. But the hostesses up front, mind you our table was right next to the hostess stand, let us sit that was for almost half an hour while they giggled and gossiped. The restaurant game is high stakes and BBP is going to have to step it up if they want to make it here long term.
