Was recommended by a friend to try this lunch bar, We came here for the good old fashioned school cake waste of money! Doesn’t take anything like how it’s supposed to and soggy inside, my Nan had the white chocolate blonde hers was like stale water , on the other hand the garlic chicken baguette and the chicken leek baskets were delicious :

Lovely staff who were so kind, nothing was too much trouble. Food was fresh and tasted amazing, also had a great selection.

Have ordered a range of baguettes and cakes from here and always really good quality which taste amazing. The place is spotlessly clean when we go in there and staff are very nice too.

I love Andre’s food bar and have been a customer for many years, not as regularly as I used to when I worked in Southsea. I have watched him build up this lovely food bar since his parents originally started the business. The food is so good. The French baguettes are the best. Always very friendly when I visit and the shop is always clean and tidy. A lovely warm atmosphere with lots of scrummy food
