In fact we ate a great pizza, light pasta, cooked to the point, with pumpkin flowers, bacon and burrata and my partner the classic mortadella provokela pistachio with burrata buffalo rag. recommended recommended
We recently stayed a week at Il Pertuso and thoroughly enjoyed the accommodation and the family who run it. Our room was the largest of the 3 rooms, with a large ensuite bathroom with plenty of storage space. Our room was properly cleaned every day and the towels were also changed daily. Luisa, who speaks very good English, Francesca, Mum and Dad were all very friendly and happy people who did everything possible to make our stay at the B&B confotable and enjoyable, and they clearly succeeded. The building is old and wifi can be a little patchy, but I fould it always available on the balcony which overlooked the village and the sea way below. There was very little noise from either outside or from the adjoining room. Parking is very limited, but Luisa always found us a space in fronot of the building. The sweet continental breakfast was ample to get you on your way for the day. At ground floor level, the family run a small bar and pizzeria which we enjoyed. The pizzas are homemade to order and were very tasty. They also provide a takeaway service for the neighbourhood. We would thoroughly recommend Il Pertuso for a peaceful break.
Ill Pertuso is a modest, but clean place and you might be ho hum at first. However I was in there most days for some excellent pizza (we'd just been to Naples and it wasn't too far behind a Naples pizza) with great dough and toppings. The prices are excellent for the Amalfi as well. Some really lovely people run the place
I'm visiting town and only speak English. The staff was great answering my questions. Got a great tasting pizza and at a fraction of what other meals have been costing us.
We went there the first night of our holiday. Nice and relaxed, inexpensive for the area. would be good for families particularly younger children/teenagers. All the locals use this place.
