The kids were confused at the drive thru on the orders while mine was getting cold and the blizzards were melting, gave me a holder for the blizzards that was split and ended up a mess in my car.I was not a happy camper!!!
Mid Fall Blizzard at 8pm absolutely!! Service was great, the only issue was they are out of the Pumpkin Blizzard. That was one of the ONLY reasons we drove from Hilliard to this DQ. The Service and Blizzards are so much better. Oh well there are bigger issues in the world than No Pumpkin Pie Blizzard. Family LOVED all the flavors we got and we went away happy!
I came here with my family on the evening of Wednesday, August 16th. When we got there we saw that the drive-through line was super long (at least 15 cars , so we decided to go inside to order our food. Unfortunately, the establishment appeared to be very short-staffed (I didn't see more than 4 employees , and it felt like an extremely hectic environment (there was lots of noise coming from the kitchen... . The person that took my order didn't know how to apply a coupon we had, and she had to bring over her manager. The manager was able to apply the coupon, but it was obvious she was very stressed (other customers were coming up to complain about their orders, multiple employees were asking her questions, it was simply a hectic environment . It took roughly 20-30 minutes for my blizzard to come.Regardless of all of that, I got the Mint Brownie blizzard, and it was DELICIOUS! It hit the spot; but it's unfortunate that the service and atmosphere were pretty terrible...
Service was quick at dinner time in the drive through but no heavy with my chicken strips.
