Mcdonald's - Prairie Du Chien

Literally screw up my order every time.Edit: Went back to get the food they didn't give me and the manager charged us to replace the food they had already charged us for. Absolutely ridiculous.

Egg mcmuffin had no egg????? also got watered down orange juice and asked for a tea no ice and it was packed full with ice. might as well close down the shop. it’s not that hard to get an order correct especially when i’ve worked in fast food for almost a decade.

Been here 4 times and always get 2 mcchickens . All 4 times tasted like they are microwaved . Anyway went there for the 5th time , same thing happened so I decided to go back 10 minutes later and order them fresh this time . So what they did is put already cooked chicken patties on to the burner and recooked them because they were rock solid . This is just unacceptable. Do better please

Went through drive thru a week ago order nuggets fries and two holiday pies get home short one holiday pie so said next time they have a free one for me go there tonight put order in tell them I have a free holiday pie coming asked my name gave it to them they look it up in the book and the person I talked to a week ago put my first name wrong so they are having a fit cause my name don't match what in book so I am like forget my order I will not be coming back and the guy says OK instead of saying we fix this it a holiday pie a whole 1.69 you think I had 50.00 dollar order!!
