I was the first customer of the day and got a lot of attitude from an older lady working over my avocado toast order. She said it would take 10 minutes to make toast which I can?t do, so I cancelled my order. But it could have been said without huffing and puffing. I had no intention of giving her a hard time for this but treating customers like they?re bothering you for ordering something that?s on the menu and heavily advertised isn?t right. I?ll be making my morning stops elsewhere. Drinks are expensive any way.
Sorry didn't realize you were closing in 5 or so minutes..meaning 6pm. Still serving another customer. 1 out of 3 gals was really rude, she acted like the manager, felt sorry for the other 2...trying to make up for her attitude. Maybe Rudeness should seek other employment that is more becoming to making smoothies and making a last minute 40.00 sale.
If I want terrible service and a high calorie cup of pure sugar out of a box I could go to McDonald 's for a lot cheaper! Really, the smoothies taste good, but the back door was open one day and there were 20 or 30 boxes full of liquid goo being piped in to create the fresh smoothies. I have never had a positive service experience here, and after giving it many opportunities, I just really can 't support them anymore.
I come in here Monday through Friday and spend anywhere between 15 and $25 every day all the girls are really nice great service. The only thing that can be a little annoying is they seem to run out of ginger shots early on and the wheat grass is usually gone pretty quick so I think they need to order more produce and I was disappointed when I went in there today and they were closed before 5 o?clock aside from that it?s a cool place
