Last night was our third time that we were in this restaurant last year and it was very disappointing every time. the service is always good, but the menu options and the preparation is very mediocre....Why hope for much more.
We almost always enjoyed eating in cimo’s until this past week. we had a special occasion and chose it. unfortunately it did not live our expectations. the service was incredibly slow, and the meal, good. my wife has ordered shinitzel. it was broken, with cheese up; my son-in-law ordered steak and could not eat it all because it was badly prepared; I ordered a pasta with garnel. the garnels must be changed several days before their arrival. they were not edible. after I recommended cimo’s, I regret it.
I had a prejudice of the Mediterranean cuisine. that was something else. I had the hunter pasta wild mushrooms in a delicious cream sauce over perfect al dente pasta! they have a not bad wine selection and very good service. at no level I was.
The sirloinsteak ordered with a sweetheart. not edible. the steak was not seasoned and very hard. I ate only two bites, the sweet (brukkoli) was raw. that was a business dinner. very likely this is the worst meal I was served in a restaurant. in prince george. they should be embarrassed.
Was able to get a table for my sister and I, the food was absolutely delicious and our server was so friendly and kind! Will definitely come again(:
