The sign said they opened at five, they finally opened at 5:15. When we came in and asked for ten after a table, we were shown at a few tables. No effort to put the tables together, and before we even sat, a man came from behind and very rudely informed us that it would be a long wait for them to serve a table of ten, with the very clear mood that we did not want to serve. We were the only ones in the restaurant We are constantly asked to support the locals, but when it comes to how the locals support us, our answer will be the same. Our party of ten went out.
Very disappointing meal. My had no taste that I could refer to other than salt. Like Thia food is certainly one of my favorites, it was not noticeable....and expensive for what it was. The disadvantage was that they served ice-cold beer.
First visit. I had lunch with a colleague. The owner/server did not ask if we wanted soup or salad and each brought out 6 pieces iceberg salad for salad. I wanted the soup. Yellow curry had only 2 pieces of peeled potato that were recently darkened. Yellow curry sauce was very thin. The chicken in the curry was good. Not worth $18.90 for 1 person lunch as it was served.
This restaurant was recommended by our local staff and not disappointed! Delicious dishes and generous portions! We'll be back when we get back to PG.
I have ordered from this restaurant before and it was satisfactory. However, my latest experience was disappointing. The spring rolls contained only rice noodles, with no pork or vegetables. The satay appeared to be reused. The prices were high and I was not impressed.
