Burger King - Princeton

I placed a mobile order during a weekday lunch rush. Staff of four was working efficiently and I had my order, hot and 100% accurate, within a few minutes.

French fries where old and nasty.Very slow employees. Don't know what they are doing. Don't listen when orders are being taken. Confused on how to run the computers for taking orders.Didn't know which cup to hand out. Gave a coffee cup for pop. Only 3 people working. No system. Line in lobby and in the drive lane. Didn't know which order goes to who.

The restaurant was a mess and the manager didn't use gloves when touching the food and said to him when making my food everyone better be washing a using gloves alao told the guys he needs to where a Beard net on and didnt wash hands after touching rae meat this is Unacceptable and More then horrible no one is whereing a name tag or a hat the 2 lady's wear very rude won't come back

Today October 27th 2023 I was pleasantly surprised when I got my food everything was hot n fresh! The extra 7min waiting at the window was worth the wait to FINALLY FOR ONCE get fresh food! However I did not care for the piece of hair that was on my burger. But the fresh onion rings were definitely a pleasant n tasty surprise!

I love Burger King, who doesn't! But this location was good fast at getting my food to me through the drive-through, nice staff, clean parking lot.
