Sonic Drive-in - Princeton

Food was hot. Came out just as expected. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Made a mobile order with two items and drink, still had to wait 5 minutes when we got there even though the drive took 10. There was basically a whole onion on the frito pie, and my mozzarella sticks were powdery in the middle. We called to let them know and the guy told us the mozzarella sticks were probably just old, then proceeded to hang up. When we called back he tried to act like we had told him were there and was going to remake it even though we were already at our house. Asked for the corporate number and he said he isn't allowed to give out that information. Very disappointing and frustrating, would have one thing if the mozzarella sticks were just undercooked but being told I was served old sticks is just gross.

I'm writing this while sitting in my car parked at a stall in this restaurant. I've been here for 30 minutes and I still haven't gotten my food. What is wrong with this place? The drive through attendant pocketed my credit card. I paid with my credit card and after swiping he put my credit card in his pocket. I made a mental note to ask him for it back but it was so long between the time I paid and saw him again I forgot. Later that night my card was used in another transaction. Maybe they “accidentally” used my card for some other persons order but it’s bad training at the least to pocket a customer credit card and theft at the worst to pocket it and use it later. I locked my credit card and submitted a claim with my credit card company but I wouldn’t trust them with your credit card. Buy through the app, cash only, or just avoid this place because they have employees who aren’t trained properly. For the store, my order was charged at 7:33 pm 1/18/25 and the second charge happened at 7:40 pm. Maybe they can figure out what happened by checking their cameras. I think the employee name tag said Nate.
