Domino's Pizza - PRINCETON JUNCTION

Awesome folks in the store, they take good care of the customers. Keep up with the good job guys.

An order for a party, was said eating will arrive 54-64 minutes. Food came only 2 hours later and pizza was not hot anymore. Domino's hotline called to complain, the person on the phone told me first to wait another 30mins, and if I told her it's not acceptable and if they can't deliver on time, they should let customers know longer waiting time when we placed the order, then they hanged the phone on me. Bad service. Totally unacceptable.

In half an hour waiting for pizza and after the Domino tracker, our pizza order was for delivery over 60 minutes (40 minutes after the estimated delivery time). When the pizza arrived, the whole food was cold and there was no drop of pizza-Marinara sauce on one of the pizzas. I have given my order, season tomato sauce and garlic parm crust. Instead, they did not use crust seasonings and replaced the tomato sauce with garlic parm sauce. Disgusting! One pizza was totally unusable, even eating. When I called, the worker was rude and could not refund only a loan. The problem is that I will never use the credit because I never want to eat Dominos again after this experience. Even the delivery driver knew that Dominos was disorganized tonight because he complained that they sent him on too many deliveries in the same trip. I feel bad for the van.

Good pizza, but the service is missing. Last time I came here, they delayed my pizza delivery for 2 hours.
