Firehouse Subs Gates Of Prosper

I usually enjoy eating everywhere. today's meal was not very good. the brot on my wife and my sandwiches was hard and stale. I'm not sure if this had something to do with eating there on the day after the 4th juli, but given what they calculate for sandwiches, they should be embarrassing to feed this to their customers.

A sub-sandwich came for the first time tonight! the whole staff was very sweet and welcoming. they were quick and efficient with our order. all our sub-parts were delicious and tasteful. we will definitely come back!

That is a sad sweat of a place. I love firehouse subs in other regions. this requires a serious management/staff/training aid. I gave them several chances. always wrong, always cold and soggy, always slow and always ends in the müll. the place is dirty and the employees seem bad to be at work. someone in the firehouse Subs company office must really get in and get this place on curs. I would take this place with some of the worst underground stations in the middle of nowhere to the way.

Not sure why this location does not have higher reviews. My wife and I were in here tonight and had a great experience. I ordered the Italian and she ordered the Spicy Cajun Chicken and both of us loved our sandwiches. We even asked ourselves why we don't make it back here more often. We dined in and one thing that really stood out was during down moments when the staff were not helping customers they all seemed to be cleaning something which was very encouraging to see and everyone was very friendly. We will absolutely be back. One constructive suggestion we personally would like to see in the future is a baby changing station in the restroom. We have a 5 week year old who needed changing and just had to wait until we finished our dinner and made it back to the car. This does not affect our overall experience merely a suggestion for families like ours in similar situations.

We enjoyed the quick and friendly service we received this evening. All of the staff were helpful and polite, and the food was great. We'll be back again soon.
