Hard biscuit instead of short bread. Wouldn't break apart or soak up the little quantities there were of the sauce. My wife even tried it to see if I was just complaining. It is a bad desert. Not sweet and very little flavor.
The Oak Brook, IL Cheesecake Factory continues to provide a good dining experience for friends, family and co-workers. I have been dining in or ordering take-out for several years, and the restaurant seems to demonstrate consistent quality in both food and in service.
My husband and I had a reservation here and the check in experience was not the one we were hoping for. They told me they would text me once our table was ready. Mind you we were a half hour early before our reservation time. Everybody who was after us was getting called to a table. They had my phone number and everything. The server we had was very nice; yet the hostess stand could definitely use some work. We were very upset at how this was handled.Overall rating I would say 5.5/10.
Extremely busy but so effecient. Hadn't been in years and was so happy to get breakfast while celebrating one of my kids graduation. Pricey, but fun!Dietary restrictions: They have an allergy menu onlineKid-friendliness: Loads of kids thereWheelchair accessibility: No stairs
I love The Cheesecake Factory. Their food is always delicious and the portion sizes are pretty decent. I absolutely love their whole grain bread and if I as for extra bread I usually get it at no extra charge.
