Park East Restaurant - Pueblo

Took 35 min after being seated to even get our drinks, no substitutions allowed, very loud and the server was non-attentive. Took an additional 45 minutes to get food and waiter was eager to ask if we wanted to order dessert and give us the check. Won’t be going there again

The restaurant was very quiet that evening with most diners being seated in the bar at tables and the rest of the restaurant was dead quiet. Waiter sort of forgot about us at times.

Overall Park East was a nice find in Pueblo! The atmosphere was intimate and had that local but elegant vibe. The food was great and good sized portions! Cocktails were made just right and my pregnant wife was able to get a non alcoholic cocktail that she said tasted great. Didn’t break the wallet either. We both got our own appetizer, entree, dessert, and each on cocktail. I would recommend going and plan to make another visit in the coming months!

Excellent food, service, and environment. I will return to try other items in the menu.
