Corona Rilu - Pugliola

The CORONA Boat restaurant is located by the water, next to the marina, right next to the main square of Lerici. The actual address is via mazzini 14, Lerici. This is the only place we found open in Lerici around 4 p.m. on a January Friday ! The location of the restaurant is nice; so we sat outside, under a roof, with the heaters on. The service was very friendly, the waitress gave us great advice on both the main meal and dessert. And we have various allergies in our family. One person among us cannot eat gluten, for example. The waitress was super nice and not only did she prepare us delicious minestrone soup with gluten-free pasta, but also brought us a box with a crossed-out sign for desserts. Perhaps the only advantage of this place is the poets gulf overview. We came by to get some coffees by the evening. That was acceptable. Also we ordered some biscuits and a cheese w/ prosciutto bruschetta, which was very tasty and it's size was quite good tho. The service indeed was perhaps a bit rude as everyone said. The atmosphere was ok, but it is a pity that they don't have a good control of the doves and seagulls which attempt all the time to steal your food. Unfortunately today I came across a very unpleasant episode. After eating a nice piece of cannoli I realized that it was moldy. I pointed this out to the waitress and didn 't get any kind of reaction other than do you want another dessert? . After going to the checkout I paid for the entire lunch €63) without any kind of discount. Despite this, I did not receive any kind of apology from the venue.
