While the ambiance and service at the restaurant were commendable as always, the drink itself left much to be desired. One of the main issues I had with the Biscoff Frappe was the choice of biscuits used. Instead of using the authentic Lotus Biscoff biscuits, the drink was made with Unibic Biscoff biscuits, which resulted in a noticeable difference in taste. The distinctive flavor and texture that Lotus Biscoff biscuits bring to the table were absent, and it affected the overall experience. Furthermore, the strong coffee base overpowered the delicate taste of the Biscoff. The coffee was overpowering to the extent that the Biscoff flavor became hardly noticeable. It was disappointing since I was expecting a harmonious blend of coffee and Biscoff, but unfortunately, the balance was off. On a positive note, Third Wave boasts a pleasant ambiance that sets the perfect mood for a relaxing dining experience. The restaurant's decor and atmosphere create a cozy and inviting environment that's ideal for enjoying a meal or catching up with friends. Additionally, the service provided by the staff was exceptional, as they were attentive, friendly, and prompt. In conclusion, while Third Wave excels in terms of ambiance and service, the Biscoff Frappe failed to meet my expectations. The use of Unibic Biscoff biscuits instead of Lotus Biscoff biscuits was noticeable and had a significant impact on the taste. The overpowering coffee flavor further diminished the Biscoff experience. I would recommend considering these factors and making adjustments to improve the drink's quality and authenticity.
We went here to celebrate our friend's birthday! The koregaon park branch has reserved car and bike parking which is a must in the bustling street of kp.. they serve lip-smacking sandwiches, croissants and the banoffee pie was heavenly! The charcoal chicken croissant was a superhit at our table and we reordered it..we also tried the Sriracha chicken croissant, cappuccino, iced coffee, mocha Frappuccino.. the coffees were aromatic and delicious just wish the cappuccino was hotter though.. the food was delicious unlike most coffee places which have great coffee but below average food options..
Located on North Main Road (Lane 1) of Koregaon Park. Parking available only for bikes. Car can be parked parallely on inside roads, wherever allowed. The ambiance is like a typical cafe and the seating is very nice. It's very spacious and well maintained. Coming to the food. The Cappuccino was perfect. Freshly brewed and aromatic. Loved the Croissant Chicken Sandwich. It is one of the best sandwiches I have tried in Pune. Pancake was made from freshly prepared batter and was also delicious. It was served with banana, orange and whipped cream. They have various coffee beans and powder on sale over the counter. They also have few table games for kids and adults. One can play while sipping coffee. Staff is very friendly and helps you to order. Its self service, so order has to be given at the counter. All kinds of cards/UPI accepted. They also have clean washrooms.
I’m an official TWC fan. So far the best coffee experience in Pune. I’ve been to other outlets of TWC and there’s no compromise on the taste.
We ordered a Hazelnut Rich Truffle Cake pastry for 310/ . Price on a higher side but taste was good. Ambience is lively and seat will be available without waiting.
