The food presentation was attractive. We decided to order the lobster mornay, but unfortunately, it was tough and rubbery with no flavor. The bamboo knives and forks were not able to cut through it, so we had to use our fingers to eat it. The lobster meat itself lacked any taste. On the bright side, the salad and chips were more flavorful and enjoyable.
We had really been looking forward to our visit, but were so disappointed by our visit that we did not order anything at the end. the whole fish was precooked and sat in the baits. the personal, quite all young and attentive students and backpack types,... was constantly soy sauce from a large 1 liter bottle total all different sorts of boiled fish as it sat in the baby's mares. I assume that they did this because they had been told to do so to keep the fish moist and fresh. I am sure that the fresh of the original products itself (i.e. the fish and sea fruits) was good, as well as the prices would have made the complete lack of care of the staff in relation to the consideration of the fish themselves, once cooked, would have just made any kind of fish taste as soy sauce, instead of preserving its original taste, and then allowed the people to prefer their own spicy as they prefer. what an unnecessary disappointment! they need a proper cook to train the personal correctly, with regard to keeping the original (and sometimes delicate) taste of each fish variety.
I had a prawn skewer and the salt and pepper calamari. The items were warm, but not hot and they were not that flavoursome. The prices are not advertised with the products either. You can try and decipher the menu or just pay what they...charge you. The staff were okay, even if a little bland. A smile goes a long way.
We walked with a group and couldn't sit in the table outside. probably a wise choice, as it is safer. while one stayed at the table to make sure that no one took it, various seafood were returned from my group. I enjoyed a beer and some beautiful scallops in the dish, chips, oktopus and barramundi. it was enjoyable, but pay attention to the pesky möwen and ibis.
