Contribuer aux commentairesConveniently located next to many of the surrounding hotels. It was almost empty so I can't comment on service. I have the Bison Burger with Quebecois berries and other local ingredients, it was excellent and very unique.
I was told that this restaurant was well known, especially its burgers. I ordered “L’inter” burgers. The beef pattie was so tiny and bland. Friends were okay, nothing more. We both had the same burger and the sum was over $42. Pretty expensive for some fries and burgers.
Chez Victor Laurier is a great restaurant with excellent food and exceptional service. The food came there under ten minutes and the burgers are very good, but I must say that the chocolate cake is the best desert I had in Quebec City... my vacation and that is hard to say because Quebec City is known for it is top class of pastries like cakes and cakes. I had to say that was one of the best restaurants in Quebec City. The only thing I would say is for me the location was good because it was right next to my hotel I was in, but the location is not really good for other people. There is no reason to write bad reviews for this restaurant because it is not true, this restaurant is exceptional with great food and a great place.
In a walking distance to our hotel we found this restaurant for dinner. The service was really excellent, we have a short introduction to the concept and good recommendation for our dishes. Taste and portioning are good value for money.
Some burgers are gourmet, some just plain. I did not like the bun for my duck confit burger, it got so soggy. Portions were nice and big, way too many fries on the plate. I asked for salad with vinegarette dressing and it tasted like...I got the whole bottle on it. 17 for a burger.
