Contribuer aux commentairesPizza was good for the price as usual with any little caesars. Had a star, because if you order more than 4 pizzas online, they don't put it in the pick-up oven and that wasn't very clear. Probably more a company/app user experience than a problem with this industry.
I recently purchased two pizzas, and unfortunately, they were both disappointing. Even after having them fixed twice, the pizzas remained terrible. The cheese was burnt and not even melted. Additionally, the cashier was very rude and unhelpful when I asked for a resolution.
We love Little Caesars but this location is terrible. I understand staffing is an issue right now but that does not excuse quality. The wait times are also never accurate on the portal.
We decided to order anyway and were told it would take 10 minutes. We opted for the extra most bestest pizza along with an order of crazy bread. After about 10 minutes, I went back in, only to find that it still wasn’t ready. I was then given another estimate of 5 more minutes. In total, it ended up taking 25 minutes to get our order. I don’t mind waiting, but I find it frustrating when the wait time is misrepresented. Honesty about the timing would go a long way. Finally, I got my pizza (yay!). I took it home, but the cheese was burnt and it looked like it had been cut with a poorly handled knife (just look at the picture below). I was really disappointed and didn’t feel safe eating it, so I called back to let them know I was coming in for a replacement. The staff was very polite and gave me a new pizza when I arrived, which is why I’ve given this review 2 stars instead of just 1. When I asked what happened to the first pizza, they explained that if their pizzas sit out for too long, the moisture gets removed from the cheese. If that doesn’t raise some concerns, I don’t know what will. They admitted to leaving their product out and still served a visibly flawed pizza. What a peculiar approach to business! In any case, I would advise you to think twice before visiting this place. While I appreciate that they replaced the pizza, the state of the first one suggests that there might be a lack of care in the kitchen. The pictures show the first and second pizzas.
Red head child running in front is a LEGIT BOSS. The pizza is always good. But usually the service is meh. Only this boy has changed my opinion about the little Ceasar's experience. He hustles, gets you what you need, makes mistakes right, remembers your name and keeps the team moving. BIG KUDOS?
