Dunkin' - Queens

Placed a mobile order and when i came to pick it up it wasn?t there , spoke to the manager and he was being rude telling me he couldn?t do anything because he didn?t have my name but i was showing him my mobile order receipt so idk why he needed my name .idk if they never made my order or if someone came in and just took it because another customer told me that ppl do come in andtake other peoples order because it has happened to him smh . manager kept ignoring me. so i eventually left made a complaintwith customer service .

Being Fat!! Knowing I'm not supposed to be eating that stuff. ???????? It was Good!!! ????????

Horrible coffee at all stores. Donuts are stale and the coolata give me indigestion, although that was tasty at first. Dunkin is not for me. I prefer Italian coffee houses.

The service was slow and unprofessional and I waited half an hour on a line of 4 people.
