Tim Hortons - Queensborough

I use the mobile app to order 5-10 minutes before I arrive in the hopes of saving time. Routinely the order won’t be started until I go to the front and ask, this happens regardless if they’re busy or quiet.

Tim Hortons in New Westminster is my favorite spot for a quick caffeine fix. The friendly staff and cozy vibe make it feel like home. Their coffee is always on point, and their snacks hit the spot every time. Whether I'm grabbing a drink on the run or chilling with friends.

It 's time to clean you 're coffee machines again! The coffee isn 't tasting as 'fresh ' as it should. This should be regular protocol for all Tim Hortons locations ?

I used to be a frequent customer at this Tim Hortons location, but I've decided to change that. Unfortunately, the customer service has significantly declined, and the overall cleanliness of the store, including unpleasant odors and poorly maintained washrooms, is quite disappointing. As a place to eat, cleanliness should be a priority. It's disheartening to witness such a change in the excellent customer service that Canada was known for. I recommend retraining the staff and implementing better cleaning practices to restore the positive experience that customers expect.

First time eating tims breakfast in a while. One person making food. System seems to be down again. Disorganized. 15 minutes for food.
