Texas Roadhouse - Quincy

We were in texas roadhouse today and the service was not good. the whole experience was a break. I could give some games to ask the first basket of roll to my huh with a raw spot in it. I think it'll take a while to return, if ever.

The personal is the best part of the restaurant. our waitress was friendly, kept our drinks filled. it was disappointing that they could not fulfill one or for chili. the portions are large, the price was not too bad. the smashed huh was overcrowded, so I wasn't a big fan. the other of my party said their steak and beef tips were good.

Started well, was waitress good, she's beautiful. she is pregnant at the end of this month. She took our order wrong, so she says. steaks should be medium and 1 were done well, were not. I order the steak and garnel that he ordered steak with 2 pages no shrimps..meal comes the steaks are not what we ordered my was on his teller they took it back and cooked it and made his again in this time less often than before sent it even less often than my well made steak the manager took his meal out of the bill and we stayed still grateful for the best service

All were very friendly. eating was good with some taking. a person steak was not cooked to the desired finish, but had a good taste. the makkaroni of another person was very dry and tasted not very good so that she did not eat it. we were happy to see that they no longer have the peanut shells anywhere on the ground.

Last night my family went to dinner at Texas Roadhouse.We were so excited for their steaks and were starving.We got there at 5 and there was a 45 minute wait. So we waited, no problem. When we got seated it started to die down a little in the restaurant. Our waitress came up, got our drink orders and we put in some appetizers( fried pickles and cheese fries with chili on the side. she brought our drinks and we said we were ready to order. Once we placed our order we saw our waitress one more time the whole night. After an HOUR our appetizers come out, our side salads and our meals all at one time. We immediately sent the cheese fries back because the chili was freezing cold, the fries freezing cold and they had been sitting for at least 40 minutes. Our waitress did not bring anything out to us nor come to check on us once our food came out. My nephew was missing a steak. None of us ate our steaks because they were so dry and burnt it was disgusting. Now we are not ones to complain but the whole meal with disappointing and disgusting. My dad asked to speak to the manager who then refused to take anything Off of a check including the appetizers that we immediately sent back and did not eat. She did give us a coupon for our next visit but as of now we have no desire to go back. $135 ticket and we all left hungry.
