I stumbled upon this restaurant and decided to try it out, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The food was delicious, especially the chico roll and pineapple fritter that I ordered. The service was good, with the staff being friendly and accommodating. The outdoor seating area with large picnic tables was a nice touch, providing a pleasant dining atmosphere. In addition to their fish and chips, they also offered soft serve ice cream, which is a unique and tasty option not typically found at similar establishments. Overall, I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a fish and chips meal in the marina area.
This restaurant used to be fantastic about a year ago, but now it is just average. There are plenty of other great seafood restaurants nearby. I hope that someone will come and revitalize this place.
We were already at the fish shack and it was enjoyable at the marina and the fish and chips were very nice. this time the other steakburgers who were average. I had fish I said was cursed, but have my doubts. the special bronze whale or snapper was not available. the only employee was very pleasant. about all disappointed
My wife and I have had fish and chips here on many occasions and the quality of the food plus the VERY friendly and helpful service will make us to always come back here. By the way ... The seating area is covered and the...view of the boats is lovely!!! Keep up the good work folks ... well done!!! Regards David Arcy
