After an aperitif with fabulous speck, cheese and bread made by the owners who were delicious, we took a gulash soup and bread that had a special taste, special compared to those we have so far eaten in South Tyrol (and are not few). Also excellent beer from them recommended. We ended our snack with a apple pie with really good house cream. The owner made us feel at home not only for the reception, but also for the type of cuisine markedly housewife that enhances the flavors of what cooks almost in front of the guests. Prices more than honest. Very recommended.
Small, essential but extremely picturesque. You will arrive after a discreet ascent, first stop to take a tour of some of the mischiefs in the area. What they offer, is made on site, traditional.
Wonderful cozy alpine pasture with warm hospitality and the world's best Kaiserschmarren! It was a totally relaxed atmosphere with dwarf ponies, goats, chickens and cats. Very idyllic location.
In winter you can reach after about 80 minutes of trail from which you can return with the sled to the parking lot of the village of Telves. Friendly owners, medium dishes like prices. They also sell typical products. Rustic interior with few tables but well modulated. Nice view. Recommended
Located in a splendid position under the White Peaks of Telves with a splendid view of the surrounding mountains. The owners and employees are very courteous. Affordable prices, no cost for covered and water in carafe free. But let's say that the choice of the dishes proposed, although of good quality, is really reduced to the bone: it is good that it is a malga but at least a hot dish in addition would not be bad.....
