J&g - Rainbow Rd, East Granby

We travel over 30 minutes because we really enjoy the pizza. We made the trip on July 2nd 2024 just to find a sign on the door that they were closed for the week. Wow... how about updating this on Google??? We actually brought someone with us this time and I did look at the hours online before making the trip. And someone else was also turning around in the lot at the same time as us. I can only image how many people were inconvenienced. Come on guys .... get your act together. A sign on the door isn't enough! And I happen to know that Google sends out an email asking you to update your hours for the holiday. Not done apparently.

Shot at CT. State Trap Shoot at Hartford gun Club, and after getting drenched in afternoon storms, we were hungry. J&G was just down road and had good reviews so we tried it. Staff was very good and friendly, food was great. Had grilled shrimp salad and portion was filling. When in area J&G is our place to go!

Great neighborhood restaurant with a huge menu, generous portions and great, friendly service. Kid-friendliness: Good kids menu and friendly staff.

Awsome food service is great, had 11 people with me for dinner. Accommodations were great. Veal parmigiana and chicken parmigiana are our favorites. Kid-friendliness: Always makes a special plate for the kids.

I thought the menu was a little pricey, but it just might be the times we're living in
