Urban Grill - Raipur

The chairs are broken, had to change 3 chairs before ordering food. Service is on average nearly 40 minutes from ordering to get food on table. The food was good in taste. Salted Lassi was also good. About us All very average Spencerian, you really need to improve on seating.

Order Chicken Italian sandwich with extra cheese, but all I could taste was mayonnaise and cabbage leaves and just a few pieces of chicken added for the name; Cold coffee is a long way of good. Not sure about the other items in the menu, but was not a good experience overall. Two stars only for French Fries!

(please read all) I was a regular customer here but while in lockdown period guidelines were till 10 pm. They took my all orders and they assured me that I can eat it in the restaurant itself as I can not take my orders with me as it was a lot. They took long time to give my orders and while I was eating there, a waiter (guy at night) who didn’t gave me my soft drinks and when I asked for that he said that I can drink that while riding bike towards my home....It was very very unprofessional, he is not the person to decide where should I eat or not. I was literally shocked. I showed my complete disappointment to him and took my rest of the order with me and walked away. I decided now to never go there and we used to order a lot for our office and from this day we all stopped going Urban Grill. Furthermore I never ask anyone going there...

Disgusting place ever... Fst of all i really liked the chiken biriyani and burger of this place.. But service of this place is worst ever... Fst time i went to this place exactly one year brfore ...and i really liked it despite the service... Second time was worse ... But my third time was worst...i ordered veg recipe and i found chiken bone within it...i am never going to this place again... If you want to have food with bad mood..then this is the place..

I give this place zero Worst place Dont go with ur family They serve stale food ,When i open my parcel food start smelling very bad Please guys dont go to this place
