Romano's Macaroni Grill - Ramstein

We had to remind our server of a drink order (only a single drink that was not like a large amount) three times and still never received. he never apologised....only suggested that he forgot three times! could have lived without the drink if eating was something to write home. it wasn't! this special situation is not at all what we expect from a macaroni grill. definitiw better eat and service available.

First Italian place I ate at in Germany and I was very impressed. I ordered the Chicken Marsala and it was delicious. I’ll definitely be back for more. I definitely recommend.

Highly recommended the Rosemary Ribeye, it was delicious! We’ve been here a few times over the years and haven’t had a bad experience to date. Thank you!

A young relative/couple in our family who live in Georgia gave us a electronic gift card for Christmas. The Macaroni Grill website indicates it was good for use at International military base locations. Upon trying to use the gift card after a dinner soon after...Christmas the Macaroni Grill Ramstein refuses to accept the gift card. This false advertising and lack of trying by the staff to find out why they won't accept it leaves us with a gift card the business that sold it won't accept. This is dishonest. We paid ourselves for dinner and are disappointed in the Macaroni Grill advertising that on military bases the gift card can be used when it can't. Be sure your families and relatives don't give you a gift card from this business advertising it is good on military bases internationally when the truth is it is not.

Fast friendly service. We had very little time to sit and have something to eat. Our server was really friendly and made excellent recommendations for us, based on how little time we had. The food tasted really good and we can most definately recommend the...place in a pinch.
