Hospůdka U Bobra - Raskovice

We regularly travel from Havířov to K Bobrovi... for several years now. We visited Nový Bobr with both apprehension and anticipation. After a few visits, we began to trust the chefs and decided to take a leap of faith... we ordered the steak (a signature dish in most restaurants and steak houses in the area). In my opinion, the outcome was clear: Finally, someone uses properly aged meat and knows what a peppercorn sauce should taste like! (no, it's not just cream with pepper or some strange concoction :D :D On June 12th, we went to Bobr with friends and my friend ordered the daily menu (I usually avoid ordering menus myself : . Imagine my surprise when the food arrived in a quality that surpassed most non-menu dishes in other restaurants. Bobr is finally a restaurant where I can honestly say that the chef knows what they're doing. I wish all the best to Bobr and their staff. Finally, my wife and I have a place to go for good food again.

Today was our first visit to this incredibly cozy and pleasant pub...The appetizer was light, with balanced flavors that prepared our taste buds for the main course....The flank steak was excellent...The pork salad with sesame seeds was perfect...The service was very friendly, efficient, and smiling...This pub with a great team deserves more than five stars...I already know it will be our top choice...Thank you for a wonderful culinary experience.

Amazing food, top-notch food styling, great service with a personal touch, pleasant atmosphere. I particularly praise the creme brulee, which was the best I have ever had in my life (and I've had a few).

Bardzo pyszne jedzenie! Przemiła obsługa. Urocze miejsce nad rzeką. Idealne miejsce na odpoczynek w trakcie długiej wycieczki motocyklowej! Polecam! :

Hospůdka je úžasná, menu famózní, dezerty dokonalé, obsluha rychlá, ochotná a profesionální, pánové jsou všichni na úrovni a mají šmrnc a navíc.........když jsme přišli v 10.30 a otevíralo se až v 11.00, navzdory všemu jsme byli puštěni dovnitř a obslouženi . Děkuji, z celého srdce všem návštěvu doporučuji a těším se na další gurmánské setkání
