Mosaico - RAVENNA

Very tasty piadina we took the Romagna and Nutella ones. The prices are good and service is great (special thanks to Vita, the waitress).

You can find good and fresh piadina with olive oil good vegetarian filling options) . The interior is vintage and nostalgic even the music they play inside.

We stopped at PM while in Ravenna for a late lunch. We enjoyed a Pizza Diavolo and drinks. The pizza was very good and service excellent.

We stopped here for a light lunch before embarking on the tour of all of the UNESCO Heritage sites. It is conveniently located 1/2 block from San Vitale in the pedestrian zone. The wait staff was friendly and efficient. The menu offers many options. We had two piadini 's which were delicious. There were many selections of fillings for piadinis offered on the menu. Their food inspired me to purchase the piadini bread and try to make it at home (tonight! . Simple and good food at a reasonable price. Efficient service to enable visitors to get on with touring or to linger. I would return for another visit if in the area again.

Ravenna is quite small, but after a few hours of walking around and marveling at mosaics, especially those of San Vital, this is the perfect stop for a coffee or a bite, and it is reasonably priced!
