Service was slow, but the end result was a SMILE OF SATISFACTION.

The most disgusting place I’ve ever seen.. health code violations everywhere.. told the blonde at the counter that this place was nasty and she found it funny.. food all over the floor.. ice cream on floor and counters.. and they weren’t even busy… will never return to this nasty unprofessional place

It's always a great place to stop by and cool off with a blizzard or a good treat. Nice location and convenient. Friendly staff.

Managers fine. She's kind and does her job. The children who work for her are incompetent, and just can't listen to incredibly simple directions given to them. I have no desire to return to dairy queen after this experience.

Absolutely horrible. Horrible customer service, sat in the drive thru for 29 minutes and tried waving someone down 4 times and not a single time did anyone tell me why it was taking so long. And horrible food- it was inedible and rubbery. when I asked if I could please have my receipt they young man at the drive thru said “it didn’t print one so I can’t”. I called and spoke with the manager and she said “yea that happens.” Absolutely horrible.
