I hate using the black and white card because it's important to keep an open mind about situations but unfortunately I have to call a spade a spade. We placed our delivery order at 7:30PM it arrived wrong and the cinnamon sticks cold and burnt. The teenage manager agreed to remake it and resend it within 20 minutes or so. 20 minutes turned into 45 minutes into an hour and 10 minutes food arrived in soggy box and cold. My daughter and I go to the store and find all doors locked and only light on in the back teenage girl telling us she was the only one in the store. The delivery driver pulls up trying to get in the store banging on front door, drive thru window and back door to get in. My daughter and I sat in our truck and called the police to come and resolve the matter. The police arrive and two other adult managers they agree to remake food and give us a refund. After 7 days when no refund we called only to be disrespected and called the people who terrified the teenage employee because we don't know how to act. When we never got out the car until police showed up. General manager Matt Haaus said you people can no longer come here and blamed everything on the employees being teenagers and he is disturbed that we called the police. This is clearly racism because they are painting a picture that we black people acted a fool and again never got out the car until police came and had it been a situation of that magnitude wouldn't the police had of taken us to jail had us leave the property something. Matt Haaus the GM hung up in my face and refused to refund us. This was degrading, unacceptable, and unfair how they treated us and are allowed to talk to us when they had one job deliver hot food with integrity. If I could add a negative five star review I would. Needless to say why is a young teenage girl working in a store at night alone as a mother that alone is unacceptable. They need to be held accountable.
Order on the app and my pizza is $15.99... pick it up and i was charged $20.79 BEFORE TAX for the pizza then one bite and you find out the ham is past its prime so the entire pizza tastes like bad ham. got the new chocolate donuts and they aren't edible, rock hard and tastes like uncooked flour. so i spent over $40 and was given garbage. horrible that your employees sold this.
Edit: had a bad experience with an employee, but spoke management and they resolved the situation and were above and beyond kind. Thanks!
Unfortunately, I can only give this establishment 3 stars. I ordered take out online (medium cheese pizza, cheese sticks and sweet chili boneless wings). The cheese pizza was extremely burnt, my wings were the wrong flavor and the cheese sticks had bacon and cheddar cheese. Total nightmare as this was dinner. When I called, the young man was extremely apologetic and stated he was new. Though I asked for a refund, he gave me a $30. The following morning I called and spoke with a manager who did refund my money and allowed me to keep the $30 credit.
From the time I called in until the time I got my pizza, this was a terrible experience! The only thing good about this place was the delivery driver! Stay away! Trust me!
