We ordered pizza to take over to the school that's close by. The kids started to dig in as soon as we got it. It tasted very good. All of the kids wanted Hawaiian but we got an extra cheese Pizza by mistake. When we called them that we had ordered a cheese pizza, a plain Pizza along with our pepperoni and a sausage one. They sounded on the phone like we were trying to run a scam. They wanted us to bring back the plain pizza and they would charge us the difference for a Hawaiian pizza. I was trying to figure out what the difference between a plain pizza and a cheese pizza is? They look the same, why would we order them two different ways? Silly. Everybody in our group was offended. Now when we meet at the school we order from Bruno's and have somebody that lives close by them pick them up along the way. Bad customer service will cost you almost every time.
