How do they get high hygienic points???Dirty tables and no one cares;you are not treated as customer , on contrary you are disturbing them.
Same great coffee and service. Popularity seem to have caused it to be busy with some rather selfish people as customers who think it's ok to reserve seats for themselves and try to stop those who queued up first to sit down.
I enjoy coming here , not only because of the location and that being a daily regular where the staff know exactly how do I like my coffee , but because they are really excellent. Compared to other London Cafe Nero branches which I visited...recently and was very disappointed at Cafe Nero Westbourne Grove submitted a complaint , no one bothered to respond and less disappointed at Cafe Nero WANDSWORTH SOUTHSIDE -Cafe Nero Notting Hill Gate. In these branches the staff are always in a rush , don’t listen , think that they know better than the customers. Not to mention the untidy place and the not very clean toilets. Thank you Leo , Paulina , Vivian and the team. Highly appreciate your on going efforts to make us welcomed in your spotless place. You are the best
I had a nice experience enjoying my coffee and biscuit at this lovely spot by the canal in Reading. However, I was surprised to witness unopened baguettes and fresh muffins being thrown away by the assistant. When I inquired about the wastage, she informed me that even staff were not permitted to take them home. It is heartbreaking to see food being wasted when there are people going hungry, not only in other countries but also in Reading. It is disheartening that such wastage has become company policy.
