Gordon Ramsay Street Burger — Reading

I came here for a date night with my boyfriend, excited for food but left disappointed. Ordered a burger, asked to be cooked well done, came out pink, sent it back and the manager came over he was lovely and very understanding. Chef was shaking her head and rolling eyes in the kitchen. The table next to us also sent their food back to it being undercooked. The table on the other side of them had their order lost so had to re order after 30 minutes of waiting. Because of my boyfriend burger being recooked, we ended up eating our meals at different times so for our date night we essentially both ate on our own. Was expecting good things as it’s a Gordon Ramsey kitchen but unfortunately will not be returning.

Service was good, eating was quickly served and the quality of the food was good. the prices were high and toilets were not clean

We had luck and got a table between 2 arcade machines that were free to play, so our 6 years old was well occupied while we waited for our eating while the adults picked up a relaxing evening. the food was delicious and the service was great. the personal was understandable via the menu and even made me an off-Menu pina colada. the music was a little louder than we would have wished. Clubbing style music in a restaurant made it difficult to listen to time, but that was a smaller thing and did not affect our overall experience. the bathroom could be better. one of the two cubs in the ladies had a broken lock. overall we would recommend our friends to come to this restaurant.

A court was wrong, but manager more than made for it with fantastic service

Started off badly as the glasses were very dirty this was sorted. Burgers were fine nothing special Wings were awful value in my opinion 15 tiny wings for £24.50 ! I was expecting some decent sized ones for that price but they looked like they come off a baby chicken!
