China Moon - Red Bank

This is honestly the best Chinese food I've ever had. Every aspect of this restaurant is outstanding. I would highly recommend it to all my friends—10/10!

China Moon has made significant improvements. The dumplings are a must-try, and the chicken and broccoli with white sauce surpass those of most nearby Chinese restaurants in terms of flavor. We're eager to explore more dishes before we can confidently award them a full five stars. Cheers!

I ordered two lunch specials for takeout that included pork egg foo young, and they were truly delicious! The egg omelets were cooked to perfection with a wonderful texture. The pork fried rice was nicely prepared, although it could have used a little more flavor. The gravy was thick and well-seasoned. Honestly, this is likely one of the top three egg foo young dishes I've ever had, and I've tried many over the years. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. This was a fantastic find during our unexpected visit to Red Bank!

During this visit, the sweet and sour chicken was notably improved. However, I didn’t particularly enjoy the wonton soup. The pork fried rice was excellent, and the garlic chicken was fantastic.

This has been our favorite spot for quite some time. To get the best quality food, it's important to visit at the right times, which might explain why some people have their doubts. The dumplings are made from scratch, and we’ve never had an issue with delivery. Just a tip: avoid ordering food at 10:30 PM on a Tuesday right before they close. At regular dining hours, you should be just fine. I've only had a few meals that weren't completely fresh, but 9 times out of 10, it's been exactly what I wanted.
