Mam's Mai Thai Family Restaurant

Absolutely impressed by this restaurant. I ordered takeout. Friendly staff, if I picked up my order and couldn't get home fast enough to try it. Padthai, ginger cattle and Thai spring rolls were fabulous. Very fresh tasting and generous portions. best thai in Red Deer hands down. The restaurant had a very nice atmosphere. I recommend this restaurant if you are looking for something new to try!

Definitely one of the best authentic Thai restaurants in Red Deer. Your pad Thai is amazing (not too saucy or dry) and the same with all curries. The prices are about $13 per dish, but the portions are quite large. Remember, the wait for food can be a little longer than usual because they make it fresh. I highly recommend if you enjoy Thai cuisine!

A friend and I decided to go for dinner and someone I know had about the size that the food was here last week so we decided to go here. Both I and the friend I've been with this evening were less than a year ago in Thailand and we have the food tonight so LOVED. We had coconut rice (always a winner) and green curry with chicken as well as Phad Num Phrik Phow with pig. Oh, my... our mouths were both very happy with the delicious food we've had tonight. I was here once before my Thai trip and I will go back and keep a menu in my vehicle or at work, so I can order and pick up as a treat a few days after work if I don't want to cook and a treat. The restaurant is not very large, but definitely worth the visit.

We were planning on trying another restaurant, but it was closed, so we decided to go try Mam 's Mai Thai Family Restaurant, and we weren 't disappointed. The green curry, coconut rice, and Pad Thai noodles were awesome, and the mango sticky rice was to die for! Great family atmosphere, and out kids (8, 10, and 12) all loved the food. My youngest even said I could go to heaven eating all that...mmmmmm!!!!!! We have their takeout menu, and plan on ordering in the near future. Highly recommend it!!!
