Restaurant Goldener Ochs - Regensburg

Our group of seven friends had the best meals, wonderful conversation with the owners in an environment that we loved. We would highly recommend this restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our experience.

It's a family restaurant that has been there for over 20 years. The owners are Croatian (and so are we), I was thankful for being able to enjoy really good Croatian food, my husband and son were deligthed with their choices from local cuisine. The staff (the owner and his son) were very frendly and pretty fast, there was a complimentary Croatian brandy offered at the end. The prices are reasonable, the restaurant is clean and cosy and there is a bus station in front of it. Can't wait to go there again!

We were just at this restaurant for a drink. We sat outside. It is near a sort of square, so it's a good place to sit and watch people. The inside of the restaurant was really interesting, with a big ceramic oven and lots of nice decorations. The menu looked good, I wish we could have tried the food.

The inn is a secret tip in Regensburg. Little but good. Bavarian, Croatian cuisine. Please reserve seats if possible. The food was just great. Staff very courteous and friendly.

Food and service have been perfect for years. You sit comfortably. In addition, you can admire and buy magnificent paintings from a local artist. I would only criticize the present presentation of the menu: looks stylish, but was earlier more clear.
