Monterrey Mexican - Reidsville

Well... Has always been a 5 star! Until tonight, ordered delivery and we are missing over half of our order and the food that was delivered was soggy and disgusting! We called the restaurant to express our concerns and the manager Marcos was not in the least concerned about the trash that he let leave his restaurant! If this is how this restaurant has evolved, then we will avoid it all together! We typically will give 1 more chance to a restaurant before just adding it to the never again list. I hope they get their stuff together! What a shame if they don 't!

Carlos is one of the best servers there!! Alex comes in a close second! We love the food and the family atmosphere. Forget Olive garden..... When we are at Monterrey's we are family!

First time in with girlfriend. Large restaurant that can accommodate many people. Nice decor, good service, and excellent food. UPDATE 8-4, got seated and placed drink order. When drinks came, ordered cheese dip and our entrees. Waiter disappears after bringing cheese dip and still no one has brought salsa and chips or silverware; just a bowl of cheese dip that has gotten cold. Stopped another guy who saw the situation, got us a fresh cheese dip and some salsa and chips. Food was good, but after we were done and was asked if ready for check which I said we were, 20 minutes passed and still no check!! Asked another waiter for check and finally got one. Needless to say, the tip that could have been left was not. Very disappointed in service; I guess just overworked maybe, but witnessed waiter chatting with apparent friends at one booth while we waited and waited and waited repeatedly. This will help us decide where NOT to go next time out.

Food was great as always. Our server did a good job even though he had a group of about 20 and other tables at the same time.

Good food at this chain. Waiter was particularly rude when I ordered food and never bothered to check in on us. Had to ask another waitress for the check and a box. Significant crowding around the hostess station. Our waiter was playing on his phone the whole time.
