Wendy's - Reno

I visited the drive-thru on December 4, 2022, and ordered a #9 along with a Dave's Double. However, when I got home to Sparks, I discovered that I received two Dave's Doubles instead of my Bourbon Bacon Burger. Unfortunately, I have food allergies and cannot eat the dinner I received. I tried calling the restaurant, but no one answered the phone. I can't return to the restaurant to fix the order because I live in Sparks. I will never return to this place again.

My husband placed an order while using his electric wheelchair, but we found the dining room closed during the middle of the day. I attempted to order online but encountered issues. When I went through the drive-thru, I faced arguments about my order and was treated very rudely. I will never return to this location or any other restaurants owned by the same owner.

Staff is friendly. Food was what I expected and served promptly. The decor isn't as nice as other Wendy's in town. There's always a long line at drive thru. Needing to ask for key to bathroom causes unnecessary delay at register and feels awkward.

I have never experienced such disrespect in a public setting before. I was in the drive-through during lunchtime, with no cars behind me and only three in the parking lot. I began to place my order, but my husband was taking a moment to decide on a drink. The woman at the window was incredibly rude. After asking if I wanted anything else, she exclaimed "Jesus Christ," as if she had forgotten she was at work and speaking into a microphone. Is this really how you treat customers who help keep your business running? I had her cancel my order. I refuse to spend my hard-earned money when I’m treated this way.

It's great to see that they have reopened their dining area! The remodel looks fantastic, and it features a large screen TV for entertainment, along with a cozy gas fireplace. My only wish is that they would bring back their delicious ghost fries—those were amazing!
