Carrabba's Italian Grill Reston

The service was not attentive. I was the only customer at the restaurant and sat at the bar, but the staff seemed unengaged. I had to flag down a server to order a drink and get a menu. Overall, the service was lacking.

Impressive service! I am thrilled about the new flooring, summer menu, and upcoming wine dinner. The staff at Reston are truly exceptional and some of the best people you will encounter.

Good food at reasonable prices and nice menu selection.

They gave us chopped steak instead of fillet and the mashed potatoes were old. The bartender used scotch instead of bourban in one of our drinks. The cannoli cake was very good but everything else was unremarkable. They also told us they couldn’t take our reservation. They said they only do phone ahead so we had to wait for a table.
