The Original Pancake House - Richland

Despite being a chain, this location is well run and consistent. Clean and cozy, great to dine alone, with a group, or with the kiddos. The staff have always been really friendly, great job hiring and training. I've been to this location a few times andhave always been impressed.

I’m never disappointed when I grab breakfast here. Country fried steak with my eggs over medium. The potatoes are the best and what keeps me coming back.

Great family breakfast joint. A good variety of menu selections that will appeal to most anyone, large portion sizes, delicious food. We really enjoyed the fresh squeezed orange juice, I love breakfast places that have that option as I'mtypically too lazy to do that at home. Also a big fan of the variety of syrups they have, in particular the tropical syrup(reminded me a bit of marmalade) as much as I love maple I like having other options for different pancake flavors. Preparefor it to be crowded on the weekend in the mornings, but I always do the wait list on the website and I get in pretty much rightafter they text me to check in (so if you are going during a busy time I'd recommend you do that).

Wow wow wow can’t believe how good it was. My only advice next time when offer preacher of orange juice let the person know it’s going to be $15 or else I would just ordered two orange juice for me and my son. Other then that this the place to be forfresh food

Absolutely the best brunch place I have ever eaten at. The freshness and quality of the food is outstanding. The service is also great!I am a big fan of the lighter side section of their menu. It 's very reasonable calorie-wise and contains all the aspects of a brunch that I could ever want. I REALLY appreciate that they list the calories on their menu. It 's a small thing but it shows me that they care about their customers and want to help us make informed decisions.
