"Was hoping to enjoy a great meal of fish and chips, as this place is well known and popular. Did the piece with fries with one of each type of fish, along with a side of coleslaw. I know fish and chips are deep...fried, but noticed first off that the meal was really greasy. In terms of the meal itself, found the batter soggy and the fish tasteless., and the cod kind of wet. The same went for the fries and coleslaw. Just bland all together and the fries seemed stale and undercooked and were all small pieces. They were bottomless, which excited me at first, but we couldn't even finish them. The tartar sauce was also tasteless and mayonnaisey with no tang to it. We were glad to try this place and the scenery and weather was beautiful so we had a nice experience, but the meal itself was underwhelming"
