Before ordering, I asked if we could sit down to enjoy our drinks, and was told yes. However, the lady at the front counter just stood there and stared at us the entire time we were in the practically empty restaurant. When we were trying to relax and enjoy our coffees, the waiter unexpectedly asked us to leave, making us feel stunned and embarrassed. The service was uncomfortable and lacking, despite the quick delivery of our drinks.
We arrived at around 4:45pm on a weekday and the restaurant was fairly quiet. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food we ordered. The shumai was delicious, the wonton noodles were tasty with 5 large wontons, and we finished off with the chicken wrapped in lotus leaves. The staff were friendly and polite. I give it two thumbs up.
The curry chicken and curry beef brisket are our favourites!! The staff are friendly and super efficient. Though they are busy they still remember us and our orders!
Okay experience, only went because we were really hungry. Small portions. You get exactly what you see on the menu with the photos wonton noodle soup shows 5 wontons, and it did arrive with 5 wontons, similar with other dishes. Some dishes/utensils are single use, some are actual dishes. Tea is quite fragrant and nice and service was good.Vegetarian options: I do not recommend going here for vegetarian options, it might be 1 2 options and then a dessert or two.
The noodle soups at this restaurant are delicious. The ambiance is decent. The service is average, but it was surprising to be asked for tips.
