A pretty fantastic Tim Hortons. They have regular seating and also those comfy leather chairs. There are full window seating if you want some light. The free WiFi means you can study and work here. Steeped tea and ice caps are a must. Donuts are well made, and the cheese bagel is delicious. Staff are friendly and bathrooms are generally clean. Easy access from Canada line aberdeen station and a good amount of parking. They have a drive through as well but it only exits southbound so if you need to go north work around to the edge of the lot.
I don't like this Tim Hortons. It is dirty and the employees are intimidating towards customers. They seem to work out of anger. Atmosphere is terrible!! The only good thing about it is the location.
Came here twice, the first time I ordered 4 items gave two wrong items! Mistake percentage 50%.The second drive through attitude like I owe them money. I know Tim Hortons generally don’t work on customer service, but this Indian lady taking the order like there’s ZERO TRAINING, very rude. She would press you to place the order, it almost sounded like she didn’t want you to come here.I don’t expect anything like to be treated as a customer but at least have some respect when talking to a stranger or anyone.
Super rude staffs. I ordered 2 grilled chicken wraps for daughters and one of it is super dry and hard so my 6 years old daughter can’t even bite. It’s was crispy and I drove back to tell them and one of the female Indian staff was rude and didn’t wanna give me the new one and giving me attitude saying I don’t know what’s difference of grilled and crispy. I went inside the store and wanna to show her the other grills Chicken wrap I ordered and she was afraid of showing me the crispy one. She was rude and treating me as a person who ask for free food. Sorry I am not from Indian and I don’t need so pretend something is wrong and ask for free food at all. My daughters was with me abs witness all that and she was asking me why they are so rude and talk like that. I wanted to video and they all got scary and turned their head when I told them just say what they said to me and I will post it on social media. They hide behind the window for drive thru after being rude. Super bad service and why ppl come to Canada to work but no one train them properly? They are getting the lowest pay but we as customer we don’t deserve the worst service!Kid-friendliness: Being rude to me in front of my kids. Talking loud in public . Language abuse in front of my kids
